Guide for the traveller with plugs

Link to us

We appreciate you find our website useful and you are interested in sharing it with your visitors. We have a few different ways you can link us, each one will help your visitor in a different way, please read as follows:

Link "to" a Destination country

Let's suppose you have a business in Spain, and you want your visitors to know which power adapters they will need to use when visiting your business. You can help them by pre-selecting Spain as a destination in the link you are placing in your website. Once your visitors follow the link to Whatplug, they will have to click one more time to confirm their country of origin, therefore avoiding doing two step but one; the link/url will have the following format: https://whatplug.info/to/spain -- Please, notice the /to/spain in it. You will have to put the right country name (in english) for your destination, there might be some abreviations in the names used.

Please choose the destination country here and the tool will build the link for you:

Select a country to build the 'to' link

Depending on your website software, you might be able to paste the url/link in the website' content management system, or you might need to build an html link, we do it for you in the following section:

<a href="https://whatplug.info"> Great website to find your plug' adapters <a>

Link "from" a Departure country

This is the opposite case to the previous section, let's suppose you have a local-business that sends people travelling around the world, you can make a link in your website helping your customers by pre-selecting the country of origin, i.e. https://whatplug.info/from/spain

Please choose the country of origin or departure here and the tool will build the link for you:

Select a country to build the 'from' link
<a href="https://whatplug.info"> Great website to find your plug' adapters <a>

Exact page: specifying origin and destination countries

Finally, you can also link users to one exact page; the page will explain the plug adapters needed for travellers from, let's say 'Spain' to 'Cuba'. You can either use our website and grab the page link from the web-browser address bar; or you can use the following tool:
